Bill LaBelle thoroughly knows the lay of the land and the industry. As a Twin Cities native, he immersed himself in the Midwest advertising community as soon as he graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1980. What’s more, his years of experience come from having worked on both the client and agency sides, giving him an invaluable insight and perspective. This includes everything from serving as Director of Marketing at Carlson Companies to handling agency accounts of all sizes, from Proctor & Gamble and Target Corporation, to the Twin Cities’ own Crossroads Delicatessen.
Dave Sinykin’s career includes sales and marketing for radio stations, as well as being an on air personality hosting programs on KFAN Radio in the Twin Cities. Dave’s expertise is developing solid marketing programs that fit whatever the client’s budget is, and still helps them attain their goals. His marketing skills are matched only by his account management skills which has always meant a win for his clients.
Paula Palkert has spent her entire career in the Twin Cities’ media and marketing world. With much of her career experience coming from her time in the Best Buy marketing department, her capabilities are expansive. Deep rooted with 25+ years of corporate and agency experience, Jill’s talents lie in building integrated campaigns that drive traffic and results. Shayla Swanson began her sales and marketing career over nine years ago in the Twin Cities after graduating college at St. Catherine University. Her background ranges from agricultural sales and marketing with companies such as Tractor Supply and Tennant Company and retail management at Target Corporation. Before coming to LaBelle Barin Advertising she was an Account Manager and Event Coordinator at iHeart Media in Minneapolis where she worked with a wide diversity of clients. With a killer sense of organization and stellar project management expertise, Shayla is always working for her clients every step of the way.
